      Indulge the genius of Moses, an intense Italian tour and four amazing gifts.
Tuu low35 years ago I had the enormous pleasure to discover Moses Pendleton’s MOMIX at its very first appearance in Milan, Italy.

Momix remixIf I remember well, the company counted then only four (maybe six) components including a very young Daniel Ezlarow.
It was one of the best evening I ever spent in a theatre, a breathless performance and a priceless new form of entertaining . I was amazed.
per luiThe morning after, I run to the office of Per Lui, a gorgeously trendy fashion magazine published by Italian Conde’Nast.

I begged, literally, the young editor in Chief (at the time, a young Franca Sozzani, who is today the powerful Editor in Chief of Italian Vogue) “Franca, I saw a new group, we must publish a story, the show is extraordinary…” I was so pushy that I got a photographer and we went to shoot MOMIX for their first ever feature in an Italian magazine. I so wish I still had that issue…

Well, Per Lui closed few years later, but MOMIX didn’t.
Au contraire, they became famous all over the world.
I spend long time in New York and I don’t miss the chance to see them
at the Joyce Theatre in Chelsea.joice

What is a common dream for thousand of Americans?
Become a centaur and ride a roaring Harley Davidson, synonymous with power, independence and freedom ‘. Thousands of motorized tribes meet regularly in bikeweeks, gigantic rallies really epic proportions.

Here my article published in Italian Magazine ESTETIC. In english and in Italian.
It’s all about the legendary Harley Davidson and those amazing  Bikers Weeks all over the world. Enjoy the ride!

HARLEY 1 BIKEWEEKS
The event starts at Daytona, Florida with the beach that rumbles of thunder chrome. Ten days of races and parties with more ‘than 500,000 admissions. Located in Laughlin, Nevada, it darts through the Grand Canyon and the legendary Route 66, while in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the bikes can devour a beach 100 kilometers. A meta ‘June Laconia, New Hampshire gathers more’ than 400,000 bikers. August live a hot event in Sturgis, South Dakota. From ‘September 8 to 13 meet at Lake Faak in Austria, for a gathering involving more than 70,000 admissions. After the summer the tribe trasmigano in New Orleans and Las Vegas, to return to Daytona for Biketoberfest crowded meta ‘in October.

IL SOGNO DI MIGLIAIA DI AMERICANI?
Trasformarsi in centauro e cavalcare una ruggente Harley Davidson, sinonimo di potere, indipendenza e liberta’. Migliaia di tribu motorizzate si riuniscono periodicamente nei bikeweeks, giganteschi raduni dalle proporzioni davvero epiche.
La kermesse parte da Daytona, Florida con la spiaggia che rimbomba di tuoni cromati. Dieci giorni di corse e feste con piu’ di 500,000 presenze.
